In Australia the terms ‘blokes’ and ‘girls’ are used commonly for Men and Women, and I conclude that it is because these people do not have the confidence to call themselves Men and Women, because they do not feel these terms fit them. They actually feel uncomfortable when these terms are used, and their feelings are right.
Men and Women, is what they are designed to be, and they are just not there yet as no one is showing them the way… : )
