All About Joy!

I love this!  Here is basic true human wisdom speaking of JOY again!  Eat, sleep, work, play – gives us all we need. Play and pleasuring are serious requirements. 😉

 

Give yourself a dose of joy, as efficiently as you have a meal or a rest. Find what it is for you, find as many as you want. 🙂

Joy is essential as it refreshes us and energies us. It is a feeling that lifts us and lightens us inside, and we operate at our best and most efficient as an organism, in this state.

It is a feeling that requires no effort, gives us only energetic gain, and we experience it from whatever delights us personally. This could be from any pleasant activity or from something simply perceived or observed that we find beautiful or delightful.

We require joy, to balance that which does take effort during the day, such as that enormous pile of dishes, laundry, paperwork, mowing, building….anything not joyful. 😉

We need joy to counteract the drain on our energy of anything that occurred during the day, be it something hurtful, unpleasant or tedious. We need joy to balance that which may require energy to remove from us, such as grief, anger or any emotional pain release.

Regular joy, enables the activation of healing episodes. Allowing yourself to express stuck energies, brings about the creation for the potential for even further joy to be held within. The space we make, can be then taken by joy. The joy is held within our being, in the form of white light frequencies.

When we are experiencing joy, our eyes open wider, our forehead raise and we open within our central energetic channel, so the energy can all flow, with easier access to and from our heart chakra. So we can maximize our experience and take more of it in.

We may feel lighter physically, we may find moving effortless, or we may move faster. We may experience or ‘see’ joy or light enter us in the form of an internal lightning, particularly if we are in a high meditative state.

Joy only begets joy. Our joy causes joy in everyone around us and experiencing us. Or inspires healing, if they feel fear, and this is their step on the path toward joy.

Remember to eat, drink, rest and to experience ample regular episodes of joy.

Top Three Tips to Maximise the Possible!

When things are challenging for us, we know we are ‘raising the bar’ on our lives.

A gymnastic’s term, but applicable to anything, and we relate easily to this for any physical training for a sporting event.

But, absolutely the same thing applies to life.

With challenge, we know we can expect something different, something improved, something more rewarding, and something better. : )

Depending on how much we want to achieve in our lives, we can then create a balance between:

1.   How challenged we are content to feel.

2.   How much joy we replenish ourselves with.

3.   How regularly we release  left over energies from unexpressed feelings and issues.  : )

We are given opportunities in our lives for growth, healing and further development.  Opportunities will come and go, and if we are not ready for them they pass us by.

We can do the same old thing, as life lessons just repeat themselves until we ‘get it’, and we need to do something different to guarantee a different outcome.

Or we can jump aboard, and trust that nothing really comes our way that we are not ready for really…  : )

So What The *x*x*x* Is Really Going On?

What I consider is the absolute good fortune in any misfortune I experienced in childhood,  is the completely fresh and open-eyed perception I was given on the world.

Absolutely nothing was as it seemed in my home life, and I played a part in the deception, for fear of what may happen if I didn’t.

It seemed only logical to me, and as my mother explained “it is only what people think that matters, not what really ‘is'”, that much goes on that isn’t really the way it appears.

Finding the sense behind things became my birth right, and quite the only way I was able to avoid harm in the home environment.

I discovered many things that I grew to rely upon and depend upon, were not anywhere to be found in the books that lined the family shelves.

These books were supposedly on ‘everything’, the classifying of everything, the expertise and knowledge on everything being proven or discussed.   These books, I also became aware, contained the apparent proof of the superiority, that my mother believed she had over others.

Being injured daily in a home that to all outside intents and purposes, was a loving family, was desperately saddening to me.  There was no allowances or services to live away like the ‘austudy’  for example that came many years later in Australia, and I did not have any other family I could depend on as none visited, or telephoned.  There was no one to tell.  There were no visitors at all, though I recall two freak occasions and missed opportunities in all those years.

One, where a great aunt who lived in the same town, saved me from a cold dinner I was left to stare at for hours in the dark at the table by myself unable to finish it, quietly removing it and freeing me to leave the table – how I loved her for it.  The second, when my mother’s sisters boys were over, our older boy cousins.  My brother suggested to them- as an activity / game for them to play – firing rubber bands at me, and something coming naturally to his mind as it was a regular past time of his.

If you have never heard of this it is when a rubber band is aimed and let go – it hits the target at a huge speed and causes painful dark red welts on the skin.  I glanced quickly to see if I needed to make a hasty exit, and as happy as I was that they didn’t take him up on his idea, I was saddened that they did nothing and said nothing…  I believe they could have had enormous influence on him, as he would have listened and this was the only time he would have heard  or seen any correcting comment or reaction, in such a way.  Behaviours of my brother’s like this at a young age are called a ‘conduct disorder’ and need to be dealt with “swiftly” according to Dr Ramini an expert on antisocial personality disorders ( brilliant youtube channel also) to prevent continued development toward other more untreatable disorders in adulthood, such as my mother displayed.   Like I said, a missed opportunity…

Energies and feelings were enormous company for me and I only grew more and more sensitive to them.  I spent enormous periods on my own, away from anyone who would hurt me.  I had very strong bonds with all of nature outside and any pets or farm animals as I felt much more attached to them than the human beings in the house.  Nature had a natural order that was missing in the ‘home’ environment.

Not allowed to speak or make any sound, and the need to want to escape any pain and despair. absolutely enabled me to fast track to a spiritual development that would have been much more difficult to obtain another way.

Today, I do not have a worry or a thought enter my head unless I put it there.  I have complete faith that I will know what it is I need to know, when I need to know it.  I feel what is being told to me, or what I receive in my body, and give it the same credence as information that enters my thought space.  The advantage this gives me in life I cannot emphasize enough.  Life just completely opened up, expanded, and became obvious.

I learned thought mastery the ‘hard way’ but also the way of no exception, and by absolute necessity, so in that case it was the ‘easier way’;)  The undistracted way. 😉  Before I had learned how not to attract further suffering, it really was at one stage , that I could not bear to live with the thoughts I was having for another minute, so  no other way but a need for thought discipline.

I consider myself to be an expert on Misery Management.  Or how to ‘cash in’ your misery chips for joy!  Absolutely, the more suffering you have experienced, the more capacity you have to experience joy.  It is true about balance, yin yang, light dark, good bad – all true.

I want everyone to know all that they are in this moment, as I am very concerned about the general stifling of our entire species.  What I call Chronic Deficiency Syndrome is having an enormous effect on the human population.  I can see clearly that this is largely caused by our own creative stifling, from our own organisational constructs, developed from ignorance of ourselves.

Contributing to our Chronic Deficiency Syndrome is the stifling of our creativity with languages , and a widespread acceptance of a negative or sad state of being, as the norm.

Not interfering with natural selection and survival of the fittest were the reasons and arguments for much that has come about historically, by humanity, when planning structures for society. I would like to strongly suggest that we do an overview, and bring into correction what is obvious that can be improved upon, now, with the wisdom that we have available to us.

We have never before had such a terrible state of human health and decline, and, when it is our own creativity that has caused it, our own creativity can correct it! : )

When You Are Ripest for Healing!

Have you ever had a thought that keeps coming to you, that you do not put there? 

Have you ever had something surprising enter your thought space, that has nothing to do with what you are doing?

Have you ever had a very upsetting memory enter your thought space after a period of fun, joy or sexual release?

I am guessing you are aware of this occurring, in what would be the space between the thoughts of your own choosing.

What is fabulous about the human body – one of a multitude – is the automatic tendency toward healing and these thoughts are coming to you with this purpose.

You are ready to deal with the issue related to the thoughts, to process through and feel the feelings, in order that they are then released from your body and being.  As you are a continuing flow and movement of energy, as soon as there is opportunity for further release and growth within you, this happens automatically.

Take some contemplative time to ask yourself what you need to learn from the thought.

1. What is it telling you.  What are you telling you?

2.What message does it bring?

3.What action is required to be taken?

4. Is there anything else you need to know from it?

Then that’s it!  Be done with it!  Over! Gone!

It is as though you are a vessel with an opening to release what it is that does not serve you any more, feelings that you once had, aggravation that you once experienced.  It rises to the top of this vessel in order that it may spill over the side, just coming to your awareness when it reaches the top, so that you may facilitate its efficient removal.

It comes and it comes, and greater joy may allow more of it.  When it is stuck or unexpressed for too long we are ‘depressed’.  It is a life long responsibility for us to maintain ourselves in energetic health, just as we know we will be sick if we stop excreting from our physical vessel, our digestive tract.

Waste product = what doesn’t serve us anymore and would benefit us to leave = human waste as feces = human waste as old stuck emotion.

Our energetic presence has been misunderstood and unrecognized historically, as it was not able to be observed with the human eye.  Fortunately there are wondrous techniques available now to assist the removal of this energy (also correctly named: stuck emotion, hurtful feeling, nasty association, emotional pain or agony).

Tapping or Emotional Freeing Techniques work at physically stimulating energy points, sound releasing is a fave of mine, where you release the sound of your energy on the exhale of your breath and there is just venturing into it, allowing yourself to feel it through.  Give yourself a time limit, then a reward!    You can come back to it at any time.   You are then being the manager/mistress of your cells as you are meant to be.

Sexual energy use and the pleasure that creates vibrating throughout the body is an exceptional means to dislodge stuck energies, and quite the purpose!  I dedicate entire blogs to this, as there is so much more that needs to be shared regarding our sexuality.

For me, I just allow time to do my energetic ‘housekeeping’ and auric cleaning.   At the moment I am needing to allow to leave me, energy from being pushed down stairs countless times as a child.  There was at no time that I was able to release this from me before, or at the time I was living in such danger, and it is ripe to leave me this week especially.

I have never had so many thoughts or memories of all the stair case falling enter my thought space before!   All it takes is for me to lower my head a distance, and my cellular memory is providing me with the association, when I was in that position, of what I needed to do quickly as I prepared myself to fall.   I am very pleased to be able to release it now.  I understand completely that my being is able to allow this to leave me now.

I have become very familiar with the process, I do not have any judgement of it as it leaves me, and I look forward to how I feel afterward.  I can feel an internal lightening, and I can feel joy take the place of the eager to be discarded or released, stuck, old, used, irrelevant, hanging about, passe, unwanted, unneeded….get it?;))…energy, in the form of emotion.

It is not scary.  It is you, or rather, for your instruction.

It is you wanting you to let it go.  It is you telling you it is strong enough, and completely ready, to do what must be done for it to go.   It is an act of self love, to give yourself the time and energy to release it, so that you can reap the rewards of the stuck energy being gone.   The more you have suffered, the more space inside you have created to receive as joy! x   : )

Contrived Belief Correction No. 1.

  • correcting an historical human error

The first contrived Belief that needs correcting within our selves so that it may lead to greater understanding and health awareness of all that we are, and of our planet is:

 The Victorian England era imposed: ‘Nothing exists unless there is a tool by which it can be measured.’ A joint purpose powerful economic raising tool and to dispell anything that may distract from hard work, so that it might be ridiculed and labelled “fandangle black magic”.

Far more forward thinking, responsible and sensible if we correct it and replace it with:

Much exists that is unable to be determined with the human eye’.   Though there are tools that can now measure and determine subtle energies these days.  Specifically here I am speaking of electromagnetic rays; inner energy; auras; chi; ki; chuloquai; sexual energy.

We are an energetic organism.  It is these energies, that can not usually be seen with our eyes, that largely control the existence and health of the parts that we can see.

The planet earth is an energetic organism, that we are a part of.

These facts were not able to be observed, so that they may be included, historically, in any plans for any structures of human society.
